Shankar Sahu and Ashish Choube are released on pre-arrest and regular bail by the Sessions Court, Mumbai vide orders dated 06/06/2017 and 17/1/2018 respectively, case for grant of bail is made out.

2] Applicant is directed to be released on bail in C.R. No. 474 of 2016 registered with Kasturba Marg Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs 15,000/- with one or 1/2

Applicant shall provide his permanent residential address proof as well contact number to the investigating office within two weeks. Applicant shall not leave India without permission of this Court. Applicant shall regularly attend the Trial Court on the date fixed. If the Applicant jumps any of the above conditions, the prosecution is at liberty to apply for cancellation of bail. 3] Since the Applicant is informed to be indisposed, by way of indulgence and last chance, Applicant is permitted to furnish provisional cash bail in the sum of Rs 15,000/- for a period of four weeks in lieu of sureties.
