Today when the matter came up for hearing the only prayer made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner to dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent No.1 to consider and take appropriate decision in regard to the Petitioner's representation Exhibit-F.

In view of the aforesaid limited prayer without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the entitlement of the Petitioner we dispose of the Petition by directing Respondent No.1 to consider and to take appropriate decision on the representation of the Petitioner Exhibit-F as expeditiously as possible preferably within 3 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.

The Petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation along with the documents, if any, before the Respondent No.1.
