I have heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP.

This is an Application for return of the passport for renewal which has expired on 5 April 2020.

Learned APP states that the Applicant be directed to redeposit the passport after its renewal.

The learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, states that the Applicant will redeposit the passport after its renewal. 5.

The submission so made is accepted. In such circumstances, the Application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause 'a' subject to the condition that the passport shall be resubmitted to this Court within two weeks of its renewal. The Criminal Application is disposed of.
