The petitioner had challenged his termination before the School Tribunal. By the impugned judgment, the appeal is dismissed. This petition has been admitted on 16/08/2019. No relief is granted to the petitioner.

By the civil application, the petitioner prays for an out of turn fnal hearing in this matter.

I fnd that the pendency for fnal hearing in service matters is more than 15 years before this Court. People are in queue. There is nothing special about this matter to be taken out of turn when the petition is just three years old. 4.

In view of the above, this application is rejected. 5.

The petitioner is at liberty to renew his request in January, 2024.
