P.C. :- The Petitioner agrees to make a detailed representation to the Thane Municipal Corporation seeking alternate accommodation and/or compensation which shall be decided by the concerned officer of the Town Planning Department strictly on merits after giving a hearing to the Petitioner. If the Petitioner files a representation within a period of four weeks from today alongwith documents on which the Petitioner wishes to rely upon, the Corporation shall decide the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
