We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The applicant seeks early date of hearing of the writ petition filed in the year 2009. In our view, case is made out for early hearing. Hearing of petition is expedited. The petitioner is at liberty to apply for fixing early date on the next date.

Place the Writ Petition for directions on 10th January, 2022 for fixing peremptory date of hearing.
