In view of the order passed by this court dated 02.03.2017 and as the Petitioner's caste claim issue is pending with Respondent No.2-Committee and as we have already directed the Committee to decide the said caste validity claim as early as possible, preferably within three months, and as the statement is made before us today that it is not yet decided, therefore, to avoid further complications, we are inclined to order the Respondent- University to declare the result of the petitioner for 1st MBBS - Summer Examination 2017 and Borey 1/2

spb/ 8wpl24608-17.odt release the statement of marks of the said examination. This will be subject to the final decision of Respondent No.2Committee. The learned AGP makes a statement that the Committee will decide the caste validity claim, as early as possible, within two months from today.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
