Oral Order :- The learned Counsel for the parties state that by way consensus the parties have arrived at an interim arrangement pending the suit. The learned Counsel for the parties state they have received instructions from their respective clients for the purpose of an interim arrangement. The learned Counsel for the parties state that the Respondent has agreed to keep the area admeasuring 5000 sq.ft. initialed in the circle as 'A' which is shaded in red ink in the map will be kept vacant and will not be build upon nor any third party rights will be created during the pendency of the suit.

The learned Counsel for the parties have placed the map on record which is signed by the Advocates. The map is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The map shall form part of the record and shall be sent to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jaisingpur. Accordingly, by way of consensus, the impugned orders passed by both the Courts i.e. the learned Civil Judge and the learned District Judge stand substituted in terms of the arrangement which is recorded above.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of in above terms. The learned Counsel for the Respondent states that the husband of Respondent has signed the map. In view of this consensus, it is clarified that order of status-quo granted by the Court below will seize to operate as regard the other property except the shaded portion 'A'.
