DATED : 4th DECEMBER, 2015 P.C. :- Mr. Sejpal learned counsel at the outset, makes a statement that he does not press the relief claimed in prayer clause (a). By the relief claimed in prayer clause (b) the applicant has prayed for expeditious hearing of criminal appeal. By the order dated 18th February, 2014 passed in Criminal Application No. 200 of 2014, the applicant was directed to file a private paper book and thereafter the registry was directed to add the appeal to the final hearing board. Mr. Sejpal states that the private paper book is already filed. In these circumstances, the registry is directed to place the Criminal Appeal on final hearing board on 18th January, 2016. Application stands disposed of.
