Perusal of the application reveals that same is founded on the contention of the Applicant that Respondent No.2 having breached the condition imposed while releasing him on pre-arrest bail. Admittedly, the bail is granted by Court of Sessions. 2.

Having regard to it, it is not permissible for the Applicant to directly approach this Court without approaching the Court of Sessions. Hence, this application is disposed of with the directions to the Applicant to firstly approach the Court of Sessions for such relief and if aggrieved thereafter to this Court.
