The present application for bail is filed before filing of charge sheet. Learned APP. on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that the investigation in the present crime is practically completed and the Investigating Officer will submit the final report or charge sheet within a period of two weeks from today 2.

In view thereof, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court either after submission of charge sheet or a stage under Section-167(2) occurs/ reaches.
