1] At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicant in Civil Application No.890 of 2018 filed in Writ Petition No.5404 of 2014 and learned counsel for the Applicants in Civil Application Stamp No.23687 of 2018 filed in Writ Petition No.8508 of 2003 as well as Civil Application Stamp No.23691 of 2018 filed in Writ Petition No.8508 of 2003 seek leave to withdraw the aforesaid Civil Applications. Accordingly, all the said Civil Applications are disposed of as withdrawn.
2] So far as Civil Application No.1810 of 2018 filed in Writ Petition No.8787 of 2017 is concerned, learned counsel for the Applicants submits that clause (b) is rendered infructuous and that clause (a) praying for vacating of stay, be decided at the time of admission of the aforesaid Petition. Clause (b) does not survive, whereas, clause (a) seeking vacating of stay will be considered at the time of admission of the main Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Application is disposed of. 3] Learned AGP seeks two weeks time to file affidavit in reply in
