Petitioner who has filed Criminal Appeal No.1036/2015 challenging his conviction has sent this application through jail for transferring him to open prison.

Learned counsel (appointed ) has received a copy of reply from the State Government today only.

In this situation, we direct the Registry to register the application as separate writ petition and to place it along with reply of the State Government for further consideration as per roster after vacation. 4.

High Court Legal Aid Committee to appoint said counsel for applicant in writ petition.
