By way of present application, the applicant prays that the District Court, Solapur, be directed to accept payment of the consolidated total amount of Rs.32,50,000/- by way of two Demand Drafts bearing Nos. 002408 and 140395 in accordance with the order dated 21st August, 2020 passed by this Court.
Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned APP. I have gone through the order dated 21st August, 2020 passed by Rekha Patil 1/2

It appears that on the date of passing of that order, the applicant had filed an affidavit-cumundertaking dated 20th August, 2020 and had shown his readiness and willingness to pay an amount of Rs. 75,00,000/- . It was further mentioned that he would make such payment as per schedule given in the affidavit. Copy of the said affidavit is very much on record. I have gone through it. As per undertaking, from 25/08/2020 till 21/02/2021, the applicant was expected to pay an amount of Rs.36,00,000/- and thereafter from 07/04/2021 to 04/10/2021 Rs.32,50,000/-. Learned Counsel submits that amount for the period 25/08/2020 to 21/02/2021 has already been deposited. According to learned Counsel, he is ready to pay the amount from 07/04/2021 to 04/10/2021 which works out Rs.32,50,000/- by way of two Demand Drafts bearing Nos. 002408 and 140395. It appears that the applicant is making payment as per schedule and undertaking given before this Court on 20th August, 2020. Hence, the following order:
ORDER
(i) Interim Application No. 2646 of 2021 is allowed in terms of prayer clause 12(a).
