The Applicant has made this application for modification of condition No.15 imposed vide order dated 09.02.2023. As per this condition, the Applicant was directed to attend the concerned police station in the first week of every English calendar month. It is submitted that investigation is over. Charge-sheet has been filed. Learned Advocate submitted that, therefore, this condition has become meaningless.

Learned APP on instructions submits that in terms of this condition, the Applicant /accused has regularly attended the police station.

In view of the facts stated in the Application, the condition is therefore relaxed. It is made clear that the Applicant/accused shall attend the concerned police station as and when called in future by the police.

Interim Application is disposed of.
