1] The petitioner is making grievance in respect of the orders directing mutual transfer of the employees issued in 2012. It appears that Respondent No.5, who was accommodated in the place of the petitioner is not willing to accept the arrangement and as such, the petitioner is not being permitted to join the transferred post. 2] The petitioner on earlier occasion approached the Divisional Commissioner for redressal of his grievance, however, the Divisional Commissioner has passed the order adverse to interest of the petitioner as such he has approached this Court. The issue referable to the order of transfer issued in 2012 need not be gone into after lapse of 1/2

29.w11922.17.odt seven years. It would be open for the petitioner to avail of remedies available in law for redressal of his grievance of approaching appropriate authorities. Keeping the option open for the petitioner to avail the remedy as available in law, the writ petition stands disposed of.
