Learned Counsel for the Applicants after arguing for some time seeks leave to withdraw this application. He states that the applicants will surrender before the Appropriate Court on 22nd September, 2015, after giving 24 hours notice to the Investigating Officer of the Amboli Police Station.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, the applicants shall not be arrested till 22nd September, 2015.

The Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 4.
It is made clear, that this Court has not gone into the merits of the said matter and the appropriate Court shall decide the Application for regular bail, if filed, on its own merits, in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this Application. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
