In view of the pleadings of the 3rd Respondent in paragraphs 8 and 9 of the reply filed, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition on account of the lis having dissolved during the pendency thereof.

Challenge by the Petitioner is to an order dated 06.06.2018 imposing condition of payment of 5.16 Crores as a ₹

2/2 7-wp-9638-19.doc condition precedent to extend time to complete construction on the land allotted by the Government to the Petitioner which order was premised on a Government Resolution dated 11.01.2017. 3.

As per the reply filed, the said Government Resolution has been superseded by a Government Resolution dated 01.03.2019 and in terms thereof, accepting the legality of the said Government Resolution, on 18.06.2019 the Petitioner-Society has requested the Collector to do the needful evincing in the said representation Petitioner's desire to pay the necessary premium upon it being calculated and intimated to the Petitioner in conformity with the Government Resolution dated 01.03.2019. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
