By this application, the applicant seeks cancellation of bail granted to the respondent No. 1 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune vide order dated 21st July 2017.

Perused the papers as well as the impugned order by which the respondents No. 1 was released on bail.

7-APPLN-478-2017.doc Having perused the impugned order, no infirmity or perversity can be found in the same enlarging respondent No. 1 on bail. Even otherwise, the matter has been posted for framing of charge in the trial Court.

Considering the aforesaid, there is no merit in the application. Application is accordingly dismissed.
