By virtue of afÏdavit tendered in this Court dated 27/09/2022 and the demand draft drawn for an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- in favour the Registrar, High Court, Appellate Side, the entire amount which is the subject matter of the offence alleged is secured. 2.
That being so, the ad-interim protection stands confirmed. 3.
The afÏdavit is taken on record and accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

In the event of arrest of applicants in crime no. 259 of 2022 akn 1/2
2/2 28.ABA.2514.2022.doc registered with Panchvati police station for the offence punishable under sections 420, 406 r/w. 34 of IPC applicants be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.

The applicants shall attend the Investigating OfÏcer from 10/10/2022 to 12/10/2022 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter every 1st week of each English calendar month. 6.
The applicants shall neither tamper with evidence nor influence the witnesses in any way.
7.
If the amount assured in the afÏdavit is not deposited, the ad-interim protection granted seized to operate without further reference to Court and the Investigation OfÏcer is at liberty to take the applicants in custody.
8.
The anticipatory bail applications are allowed in above terms.
