The grievance of the petitioner is that being a citizen he has preferred an application to the Collector challenging the election of respondent no.1 who was elected as Member of Gram Panchayat. It is further submitted that the Collector has not decided the said complaint dated 10th July, 2015. Without expressing any opinion on merits and the legal provisions, we observe that in case such a complaint is pending with the Collector, the Collector shall look into the same and take appropriate decision.
