This petition is filed assailing a communication dated 21 November, 2015 issued by the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, F-N Division, Mumbai whereby the Managing Committee of the petitioner society was directed to convene a Special General Body Meeting within 7 days to discuss the issues in respect of deemed conveyance and other incidental issues which are set out in the said communication at paragraphs 1, 2 and 3.

The petitioner had approached the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies by filing a revision application being aggrieved by such ------------------------- 02 February, 2023

25-wp 10600-16 communication issued by the Assistant Commissioner . The said revision application came to be dismissed by the impugned order dated 05 August, 2016.

Considering the nature of the said orders and that almost 6 years have lapsed as also considering the subsequent orders passed on this petition on 08 September, 2016 and 30 September, 2016, in my opinion, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, the petition is disposed of keeping all contentions of the parties open. 4.
