DATE :

SEPTEMBER 14, 2022 P.C. :

Applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.548 of 2022 registered with Solapur Police Station, Solapur (Rural) for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 333, 225, 147, 143, 149, 504, 506 and 109 of the IPC.

2.

On instructions, counsel for the applicant does not press both these applications but for the accused applicant Pradhan Rama Rathod in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2513 of 2022. 3.

APP would oppose the prayer on the ground that the said applicant's name is reflected in the FIR and he had tried to assault the public servant with the other co-accused.

4.

It appears from the record that though the said accused namely, Pradhan Rama Rathod is named in the FIR, there is no role or any overt act attributed to him in the matter of assault to the public servant. It also appears that he was only a part of the group. 1/2
