The Applicant in the aforesaid applications seeks expeditious disposal of Writ Petitions i.e Writ Petition No.4360 of 2015, Writ Petition No.4361 of 2015 and Writ Petition No.4362 of 2015.

On 19th September, 2018, the aforesaid Writ Petitions were admitted and hearing was expedited. It appears that the Applicant circulated the said Petitions and sought early hearing of the same. This Court vide order dated 5th August, 2019 observed that as the old Petitions are pending for final hearing, no priority can be given for hearing of these Petitions.

The Applicant has filed the aforesaid applications in all the aforesaid Writ Petitions and has prayed for expeditious disposal of the said Writ Petitions. The Applicant submits that the Respondents in the said Petitions are senior citizens and that whilst admitting the aforesaid Petitions, the hearing was expedited.

Considering the aforesaid, the Applications are allowed and hearing of Criminal Writ Petitions i.e Writ Petition No.4360 of 2015, Writ Petition No.4361 of 2015 and Writ Petition No.4362 of 2015 is expedited.

Criminal Writ Petitions i.e Writ Petition No.4360 of 2015, Writ Petition No.4361 of 2015 and Writ Petition No.4362 of 2015 to be added to the final hearing board as per their turn in the first week of June, 2020.
