From joint submissions it appears that parties have amicably settled the controversy and proceedings for grant of Decree of Divorce by mutual consent are also filed. 4.

This is the dispute u/s 498-A, 406 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code, which is purely family dispute with no public angle.

Hence accepting the request made, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
