Heard learned counsel for the applicant. He states that the present bail application is filed before chargesheet but as the chargesheet is filed, he is seeking withdrawal of this bail application with liberty to file fresh bail application after chargesheet before the learned Additional Session Judge. In view of his statement, bail application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file fresh bail application before the learned Session Judge. 2.
