Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that Civil Revision Application stands dismissed for non-removal of office objections as per order dated 26.07.2018 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II).

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to restore the Civil Revision Application. He submits that in any case, in view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Application. Mohite 1/2

5 cac577-18.doc Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order: a) Order dated 26.07.2018 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside.

b) Civil Revision Application No.362 of 2018 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits.
