Criminal Application No. 879 of 2006 was admitted by this Court vide order dated 14th December 2006 and interim relief was granted in terms of prayer clause (b) of the said application. 2.

It is submitted that in view of the decision of the Apex Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited and Another Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation1, interim stay granted earlier was required to be extended. Learned Magistrate had issued summons against the applicants.

Considering the fact that, interim relief was granted by this Court by considering the merits of case, the relief granted by order dated 14th 1 (2018)16-SCC-299.
