This application seeks leave to amend the cause title of the second appeal and civil application taken out therein by incorporating new addresses of Respondent Nos.1 to 4 and issue fresh notices on the newly incorporated addresses. The Appellant's attempt of service on these Respondents has proved to be unsuccessful. The packets of service have come back with the remark "change of address". The Applicant has thereafter learnt about the new address of the Respondents. In the premises, he proposes to amend the cause title by incorporating the new address and serve the Respondents at this new address. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The appeal and the civil application are made returnable on 20 February 2017. Apart from the court notice, the Appellant shall also effect a private service of second appeal and the civil application on the Respondents at their new addresses and file an affidavit of service by the next date.
