At the outset, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to amend so as to implead Additional Collector, Thane as party Respondent No. 7 in the petition. Leave granted. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 2.

Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this writ petition by directing Respondent Nos.2 and 7 to decide objections filed by Petitioner No.1, copy of which is at Exhibit-J (Page No.60) to this petition, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of four weeks from today.
