P.C. :- The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner assailing order dated 14/7/2016 passed by the Family Court, on an application filed by grand parents claiming access to the grand-son. The said application (Exh.5) was filed seeking the interim relief in the form of access during holidays.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs this Court that Respondent No.1 has expired and Respondent No.2 i.e. grand-mother has withdrawn the proceedings claiming custody of the grand-child pending before the Family Court at Pune.
