INTERIM APPLICATION NO.15904 OF 2023 Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties and perused the contents of the Interim Application for intervention, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b), which reads thus :- "b.
That the Petitioner be directed to add the present Applicant as party respondent in Writ Petition No.6475 of 2023."

The Petitioner is directed to add the Applicant in the array of the Respondents within a period of one week from today.

Interim Application No.15904 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly.
INTERIM APPLICATION NO.17347 OF 2023 4.
Having regard to the nature of the amendment sought and on hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, the Interim Application for amendment is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus :- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicant to amend the present Writ Petition in terms of the Schedule annexed hereto;"

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner to incorporate necessary amendments within a period of one week from today and serve copy of the amended Petition on all the Respondents.

The Respondents to file their Affidavit in Reply within a period of three weeks thereafter. A week's time thereafter shall be available to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner to file its Affidavit in Rejoinder, if any.
