1] After hearing the application for some time, when this court was not inclined to grant any relief to the applicant, the learned Counsel for the applicant after seeking instructions from the concerned persons, seeks leave to withdraw the present application, with liberty to file fresh application for bail, if the trial pertaining to C.R.No.70 of 2015 registered with Saki Naka police station does not commence within a period of one year from today. Liberty as prayed for is granted. Application is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
