The learned advocates appearing for the Petitioners in the above Writ Petition as well as in the Contempt Petition have both stated that they have instructions to withdraw the above Writ Petition as well as the Contempt Petition because the disputes with the borrower have been settled.

In these circumstances, the above Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since no notice was issued in the above Contempt Petition the same is also dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
