In view of the fact that a remedy by way of revision under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act is available to the Petitioners against the impugned order dated 29/07/2016, it is not necessary for this Court to entertain the above Writ Petition. By relegating the Petitioners to the said remedy, the above Writ Petition is disposed of. To facilitate the Petitioners to file the revision application before the State Government, the ad-interim order by way of status quo granted vide order dated 19/09/2016 would operate for a period of four weeks from date. The revision application to be filed within four weeks from date. However, the Petitioners would be entitled to apply for interim reliefs before the Revisionary Authority, if the Revision Application is filed.
