1] By a reasoned Order dated 13th September 2017, the applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates. 2] Perused the papers of investigation. It is the specific and categorical defence of the applicant that as he refused the proposal of the first informant to marry with his daughter namely Miss. Sujata, he has been falsely implicated in the present crime. The record of the investigation prima face reveals that the alleged forcible act at the instance of the applicant is even remotely does not support the contention of the first informant and victim girl. After perusing the record, this Court is of the considered view that there is substance in the submissions made by the learned Counsel for

3] In view thereof, interim relief granted by an Order dated 13th September 2017 is hereby confirmed.
