After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, I think that this Writ Petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Revisional Authority to decide Appeal/Revision Application No.32 of 2017 under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

16.wp.10165.17 It is clarified that the Respondents to the Revision Application namely the Petitioners herein shall be entitled to raise all points before the Revisional Authority including one of the jurisdiction and/or maintainability and that the Revision ought not be entertained as the same has been filed after inordinate delay.
