DATED : 13th SEPTEMBER, 2022 P.C:- The applicant is arraigned as an accused in C.R.No. 1155/2022 registered with Kasturba Marg police station, which invoke offence punishable u/s.354, 406, 420 r/w Section 34 IPC. He is arraigned as Accused no.1 and the learned APP fairly state that reading of the complaint would attribute him only with an offence punishable u/s.354 IPC.

The applicant is served with a notice u/s.41A of Cr.P.C which is received by his mother.

On receipt of the notice, let the applicant report to the Investigating Officer within a period of seven days from Tilak

On his presence, the Officer-in-charge shall follow the procedure prescribed u/s.41-A of Cr.P.C and in case if he comes to a conclusion that his custodial interrogation is necessary, he shall record the reasons to that effect. Before effecting his arrest, he shall give 72 hours notice in advance. Application is disposed off.
