Mr. Yuvraj Narvankar, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant and Mr. P. N. Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent tender the Consent Terms (rMtksMi=). The said Consent Terms are in Marathi and they are signed by the parties i.e. both the Appellant-Premnath Rangnath Aakade and Respondent-Anandrao Sampatrao Bankar. Both of them are present in Court and state that they have compromised the matter and Consent Terms are acceptable to both of them. Both 1/2

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Both the parties undertake that the time-schedule mentioned in the Consent Terms and the obligations of the respective parties mentioned in the Consent Terms will be complied with. The aforesaid undertakings are accepted. 4.

The Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.

In view of the disposal of the Second Appeal, nothing survives in the Interim Applications and the same are disposed of accordingly.

The Second Appeal No.1032 of 2006 is detagged and adjourned to 23rd January 2023 along with Interim Application filed in said Second Appeal.
