Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and the following order is passed :

(i) The Industrial Court No.1, at Kolhapur (Industrial Court) shall dispose off Complaint (ULP) No. 126 of 2017 within a period of 12 weeks from today. (ii)In the event of the Respondent being desirous of challenging the final order passed in Complaint (ULP) No. 126 of 2017, they shall be at liberty to also impugn the findings of the Industrial Court qua the maintainability of the Complaint and limitation, which issues form the subject matter of the above Writ Petition. 3.

In view of this order, the above Writ Petition stands disposed off. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
