The advocate for applicants, on instructions, submits that the complainant is present in the Court and she has executed an affidavit stating that the applicants were not present at the time of incident. In view of change in the circumstance, the applicants intend to prefer an application before the Sessions Court on the basis of affidavit tendered by the complainant. It is, therefore, prayed that the applicants may be granted leave to withdraw this application with liberty to prefer an application before the Sessions Court on the aforesaid ground. Leave granted. Criminal Bail Application No.2079 of 2018 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to file application before the Sessions Court. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed its views on the merits of the contentions raised by the applicants.
