The principal grievance made in the above Writ Petition is that the Revision Applications filed by the Petitioner herein being Revision Application Nos.264 of 2016, 265 of 2016 and 266 of 2016 which are pending have not been taken up for adjudication.

Considering the fact that the said Revision Applications are arising, as a consequence of the proceedings initiated under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, it would be just and proper to direct the Revisionary Authority to decide the said Revision Applications within a particular time frame. The Revisionary Authority is accordingly directed to lgc

(32) WP-9854.17 hear and decide the aforesaid Revision Applications latest by 31/01/2018. Needless to state that the said Revision Applications would be decided on their own merits and in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
