1) The applicant is protected by an interim order dated 10.9.2015. The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation as per the directions issued by this Court. She further, on instructions, submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 10.09.2015 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the concerned Police Station as and when called for.

3) It is needless to mention that before calling the applicant to the police station, the concerned police officer shall issue a notice under section 160 of Cr.P.C;
