Learned Government Advocate has placed on record a Resolution dated 19th June 2017 wherein constitution of Heritage Conservation Committee for Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats in Kolhapur District came up for consideration. 2.

After referring to the directions of the Court issued from time to time in the above Public Interest Litigation, the State Government has resolved to constitute the Heritage Conservation Committee for all the Municipal Councils and Nagar Panchayats in Kolhapur District as specified in Annexure "A" to the Resolution. ABS

In the light of constitution of Heritage Conservation Committee, the grievance of the petitioner raised in the petition seems to have been satisfied. We are of the opinion that nothing remains for us to adjudicate upon. Accordingly the PIL is disposed of.
