By this petition, the Petitioner has sought the following relief: "a. By an order of this Hon'ble Court, writ of mandamus or any other writ may be issued thereby directing the Respondent No.3 Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College, Sion, Mumbai to reimbursed sum of Rs.2,31,714/- (Rupees Two Lakhs, Thirty One Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fourteen Only) paid by Petitioner Dr. Shiv Biradar Vishwanath Patil as College/ Tuition fees for the course of Diploma in Anesthesiology for the period of 2020-2022".

However, we do not find any communication addressed to Respondent No.3 by the Petitioner. The Petitioner will address a communication to Respondent No.3 in respect of reimbursement of

Trupti 2 5-wp-11839-2023.doc fees. On such a communication addressed to Respondent No.3, Respondent No. 3 will proceed to act as is required in law to reimburse the fees. If the same is not payable to the Petitioner, then Respondent No.3 would communicate to the Petitioner accordingly indicating reasons to do so. If response of Respondent No.3 is negative, then it is open to the Petitioner to take appropriate steps as may be required.
