Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed :

(i) The Petitioner shall impugn the Order dated 21st October, 2021 passed by Respondent No.1 before the Revisional Authority under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. (ii) The Petitioner shall file the Revision Application on or before 2nd November, 2021.

(iii) The Revisional Authority shall after giving a hearing to all the concerned parties pass its orders on or before 15th November, 2021.

Kanchan P Dhuri 2 / 2 14-WP-7311-2021.odt (iv) Both the parties shall maintain status-quo as of today upto 15th November, 2021 and for a period of one week thereafter if the order passed by the Revisional Authority is against the Petitioner.
