By a detailed order dated 9.10.2015, the applicants were granted interim protection by this Court. The learned APP on instructions submits that the applicants did attend the police station within the stipulated period and have co-operated in the process of investigation.

Apart from the said fact, the main accused namely Maruti Y. Dhotre has been released on pre-arrest bail by an order dated 4.6.2015 by the learned Trial Court. The role attributed to the present applicants who are the son and wife of the main accused Maruti Dhotre respectively have been attributed with the same and similar role in the present crime.

In view of the above, the interim protection

Dond 2/2 aba.1358-2015.sxw granted to the applicant by an order dated 9.10.2015 is hereby confirmed. It is made clear that the applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called for between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon for the purpose of investigation till filing of the chargesheet.
