In pursuance of the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Criminal Misc. Applications No. 8605-8607 of 2016, in Criminal Appeals No. 1714, 1715 and 1716 of 2014, the Applicant Mrigank Pandey has surrendered before this Court. He has filed the present Application to that effect. The Applicant is taken into custody. The Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the NCB has Sharayu.
