By this application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 28th July 2022 by which the aforesaid application i.e. Criminal Application No.873/2021 was dismissed for non-prosecution.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the order dated 28th July 2022 passed by this Court dismissing the Criminal Application No.873/2021 for non-prosecution is recalled and said application i.e. Criminal Application No.873/2021 is restored back to its original file.
