This is an application for restoration of the Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 24410 of 2018 which was dismissed for non removal of office objections in furtherance of order dated 27th March 2019 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I). There is a delay of 104 days in filing the present application.

Perusal of the pleadings in the application would indicate that sufficient cause for condonation of the said delay has been made out. Hence, the delay is condoned.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a) and (b).

The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all office objections within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
